Crafted by the masterful hands of Kyle Phillips and inspired by the legendary designs of Harry Colt and Tom Simpson, Pandion Club is a healthland-style design that sits upon sand-based soil and features indigenous grasses, existing specimen trees, and native wetlands. Strategically placed hazards integrate naturally with tightly mown fairways and firm, fast greens—providing a playing experience that is both challenging and pure. Prioritizing walkability, the routing keeps tees and greens in close proximity and invites golfers to explore the course as they would a new landscape, rich in texture and discovery.

The scientific name for an osprey — Pandion haliaetus — symbolizes strength, instinct, and precision. These qualities are the foundation of Pandion Club, a sanctuary for golf enthusiasts nestled within 275 acres of pristine landscape on the former Old Corkscrew Golf Club. Here, the artistry of world renowned designer Kyle Phillips meets the spirit of the Pandion, creating a golf experience defined by community, camaraderie, and respect for the game.
